You may register for an account by clicking here. Fill up the details required and click Create.
Before you place your order, ensure you have signed up with POLO HILL.
After searching for the product you are interested in, you can proceed to make your purchase in 2 ways.
1. Check Out with Your Purchase Immediately
Click Buy It Now on the product page > Check or type in your Shipping Address > Select preferred Shipping Method (if applicable) > Select preferred Payment Method > Pay Now
2. Add to Cart and Check Out with Other Items
Click Add to Cart on the product page > Select products to Check Out > Check or type in your Shipping Address > Select preferred Shipping Method (if applicable) > Select preferred Payment Method > Pay Now
How to make a purchase?
Shipping & Deliveries
It takes 2-4 working days to process your order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number attached will be sent.
The following information is the estimated timeframe you should receive your order after it has been shipped:
Hong Kong: 5-7 business days
Indonesia: 5-7 business days
Malaysia: 3-5 business days
Singapore: 5-7 business days
Taiwan: 5-7 business days
International: 12-15 business days
We are not responsible for any delays in deliveries. Should there be any delays, kindly contact the courier provider and write to us at info@polohill.me, we will do our best to assist.
There may be import duties charged when the parcel arrives. These fees have to be paid by the receiver and is collected by the local carrier or government.
POLO HILL do not collect nor have any control over the fees hence we are unable to provide any estimates on the amount of fees would be charged.
We recommend contacting local customs office to enquire about the specifics before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
Orders
Kindly allow a maximum of 7 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at info@polohill.me. We will do our best to make the change however it is important to note that we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to do so if your order has been processed or shipped out.
In the rare scenario that you receive a different or damaged product, we want to resolve any issues immediately. Please contact our customer support team at info@polohill.me with the order number with images of the item received.
