Returns are accepted if returned within 15 days of receipt in exchange for Gift Cards only.
Items are eligible for return only if they are in its original condition; unworn, unwashed together with its original packaging with label still attached. Items that are damaged from wear and tear shall not be considered to be defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages are eligible for refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item has been delivered faulty. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Proof of purchase/order number
- A short description of the issue
- Supporting image(s)
Returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts in accordance to our Refund Policy to assess if the item is eligible for returns.
In the rare event that your item is faulty due to design or defect, we will proceed to replace the item. Replacements will be subjected to availability.
Kindly note that shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer in the event of exchange or returns.
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days upon receiving the returned item. The management reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion.
